The College has got excellent facilities for conducting campus recruitments

• Air conditioned auditorium for conducting pre-placement talks with modern facilities like project for power point presentation, OHP and public address system.
• Sufficient halls for conducting written tests, group discussions.
• Air conditioned room exclusively for conducting interviews.
• LAN facilities are available for conducting Online Computer based tests for the recruitment process.
• Transport and accommodation facilities for the company personnel for the campus interview.

TRAINING ACTIVITIES

PAT Cell develops job skills,promotes leadership qualities and team spirit and creates a sense of confidence in the students in handling professional issues.Special programs on career guidance,communication skills,GD,mock interview,technical/aptitude test,time management and so on are arranged to train the students to face interviews confidently.

• Debate club for proving one’s skill.
• Placement knowledge bank for gathering general awareness.
• Association hour for technical discussion.
• Special training in all Saturdays.
• Daily Hindu papers are issued to the students to gain current English vocabulary and General awareness.
• Special 50 session class is conducted for aptitude training within the campus.
• Personality development workshops are conducted once in a month.
• Seminars, discussions with HR experts from the top level companies are arranged.
• Students are encouraged to Participate in various committee for organizing various events.
• Industry culture is explored through Industry institute partnership cell.
• Students are encouraged to participate in events within and outside the campus organised by various professional bodies.
• Participation of students in Research and development cell.

Placement knowledge bank

To train the students for campus interviews, our college published MECSEED, a book on solved aptitude questions of top level companies. HR materials, solved technical questions, books on puzzles, verbal and non-verbal questions, test of reasoning, communication skills are issued to the students. A separate library is maintained by the cell.

Placement hour

An hour per week is completely dedicated to train the students about facing interviews, stage speaking, body gesture, group discussions, mock interviews, solving aptitude and technical questions.

Communication skills lab

Exclusive communication skills lab with latest software, training CDs, headphones, handy cam, DVD recorder, television and Pentium IV systems.

Debate Club

This club focuses on developing student?s communicating ability in English. Weekly one hour is allotted to train the students through debate, block and tackle, group discussions

Association Hour

This hour completely focuses on developing the student?s skills on technical fields like paper presentation, mini projects and technical quiz.

Special Training

A special 50 session class is conducted for aptitude training within the campus. Personality Development workshops are conducted once in a month. Seminars, discussions with HR experts from top level companies are arranged once in 15 day.
